Bluff Park Community Church is currently seeking a passionate and gifted part-time Worship Leader to help lead our congregation in meaningful and engaging worship experiences. Our church is a welcoming and Christ-centered community that values both contemporary and traditional expressions of worship.

 

The Worship Leader will be responsible for collaborating with the Senior Pastor in planning and leading worship services, developing and mentoring the worship team, and creating an atmosphere that encourages spiritual growth through music. We are looking for someone who is musically skilled, spiritually mature, and eager to work with our leadership team to foster a vibrant worship culture.

This part-time role (10-15 hours per week) offers a salary of $10,000 - $13,000 annually and provides flexibility in scheduling.
